UMARA

The history of Umara is steeped in the cultural significance of gold in Indian culture.

“Umara,” derived from Punjabi for ‘lifetime,’ encapsulates their ethos; offering investment pieces that will transcend generations.

Neelam was lucky enough to work on the styling and support with creative direction for their new collection launch – The Sōnā collection.

WUKA

In the summer of 2023 after winning the JC Decaux Reach competition WUKA reached out to Neelam to support in the execution of this ground breaking campaign to be featured across Westfield Shopping Centres in White City & Stratford and Lewisham Shopping Centre.

The goal was to talk openly about periods, specifically targeting the south Asian communities in these areas.

Endless Wardrobe

Fashion rental brand Endless Wardrobe invited Neelam to try on and style some of their pieces for wedding season and she collated her top picks.

They give 3 ways you can shop with them (Rent, Buy New, Buy Nearly New).

They have now moved to the UAE so if anyone looking for a more sustainable way to shop in the UAE, we would highly recommend them.

GIVE YOUR BEST

Give Your Best are an organisation that has turned donating into gifting, giving those less fortunate the opportunity to choose their clothing and begin to feel empowered through their personal style.

In September 2022 GYB held their first Fashion Show for Good.

As lead stylist Neelam curated the looks for each model, working with partnered brands to bring the catwalk to life and showcase the power of personal style in empowering women.

BROWN GIRL LIKE ME

Brown Girl Like Me is the ground breaking book by author and poet Jaspreet Kaur (otherwise known as Behind The Netra). The book centres around the Brown Girls experience growing up and navigating the western world and blend of cultures.

The launch campaign for Brown Girl Like Me involved a photo shoot to capture the author and snippets from her debut book.

Neelam supported with BTS coverage and on set styling support.
