Travel for in person sessions within a 30 minute drive and/or 20 mile radius of EN5 is included in all package prices. Travel outside of this scope will be an additional fee dependent on the extra time and mileage/public transport required and can be discussed prior to booking. Any additional travel charge will be included in your final invoice. Mileage is charged at the standard rate of £0.45/mile. |

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within one week after receiving the booking confirmation email to secure your dates. The balance is due on the day of the last session. Any additional travel costs or hours will be invoiced separately. |

Neelam works weekdays (including daytime and evenings) and has limited Saturday availability. Saturday bookings will incur an additional 10% charge on the final package price (excluding travel). |

For any style queries falling outside of the scope of the packages an hourly service is also offered which is charged at a rate of £80/hour either in person or online. If travel applies, travel terms as mentioned above will apply in addition. |

Yes of course. Clients often choose to book onto another service for further style support, conduct seasonal personal shops to keep their wardrobe fresh or work with Neelam for help with styling an outfit for an event. To say thank you for being a returning client you get 10% off the package price. |
